How to use the product

How do I remove the pin badge attachment (fastener)?

Our pin badges are attached using tie tacks.
You can remove it by pinching the jagged disc part with your fingers and pushing the disc part upwards with the pad of your finger to create a gap between it and the body part.
When fastening, catch the needle as it is.
*Do not try to remove the disc by pulling it when there is no gap between the disc part and the body part.
*Do not turn the jagged disc part.

Product Care

How do I care for brass products?

Rub the surface firmly with a brass polishing cloth or metal polishing cloth, which can be purchased at a home improvement store.
It is difficult to remove stubborn tarnish, so if you contact us, we will polish it again.

What is a made-to-order product?

These are made-to-order products, which are made after your order is placed. Please check the delivery time listed on each product page.
Please note that we cannot cancel or change the color or size of ordered items.

What does "Only one item available" mean?

All Wayuan products are one-of-a-kind, but the "one-of-a-kind" products use different designs. Since it is impossible to make the same item, they will not be resold. They are completely one-of-a-kind.

About Shipping

When will my order arrive if I choose no delivery option (shortest delivery time)?

Normally, orders will be shipped within 2 to 5 business days.

If it takes longer, we will contact you separately.

For made-to-order products, please check the delivery time on the product page.

How much is the shipping fee?

For Nekopos Yu-Packet, the shipping fee is 300 yen nationwide.

For other cases, the price will vary depending on the delivery area (660 yen to 1,800 yen).

Can I get gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is available for a fee.

Please add "Wrapping" or "Noshibukuro" to your cart on the gift page.

For gift wrapping, is the sender (requester) listed on the delivery slip?

Basically, there is no place to write it, so please write it in the notes field of the cart if necessary.

Can you repair the product?

We would like you to enjoy using our products for many years, with the exception of some products, so we will repair any damage to metal fittings or other parts.

We will contact you after providing an estimate of the repair cost and required time.
